Official Form 6E - Creditors Holding Unsecured Priority Claims

Official Form 10 - Proof of Claim


On April 1, 2001, automatic adjustments to the dollar amounts stated in various provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, Title 11, U.S.C., will become effective. These amended amounts will affect the eligibility of a debtor to file under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

The Administrative Office of the United States Courts, under memorandum dated March 13, 2001, has informed the Bankruptcy Courts that Official Bankruptcy Forms 6E and 10 will be amended April 1, 2001, and will apply to cases filed on or after that date.

A chart showing the affected sections of the Bankruptcy Code and both the current and revised amounts in those sections appears on the court's website.

Official Bankruptcy Forms 6E and 10, as modified for use in this district, and the aforementioned chart appear on the court's website at www.gas.uscourts.gov for use in cases filed on or after April 1, 2001.
